As we all know that mobile phone is a source of communication and it closes the people to each other through which we can solve our most of the daily problems but on the other hand it has created problems for people in Afghanistan.

The first mobile communication company which was launched in Afghanistan is Afghan wireless communication company and then Roshan was launched and in last MTN (Areeba) and Etisalat ware launched in Afghanistan and started their operations.

A report from ministry of communication and information technology of Afghanistan shows that currently about 17 millions of people are using mobile phone in Afghanistan, but most of the families are complaining about their disturbance by mobile phone.

They say that they people are disturbing us by mobile phone specially during the nights when the mobile communication companies do not charge much money during night late hours and the some of the people are getting disadvantage of this and disturbing the people specially they are disturbing the girls which really hurts the families. We can simply say that most of the people are using mobiles in Afghanistan but they don’t know about its correct way of usage.

And the main reason for that is the selling of the sim cards with out any specific registration, and every day lots of sim cards are sold to people just by paying 2/3 $ and even the shopkeepers do not ask for their afghan ID card for registration and all communication companies and ministry of communication are informed of this but they are not taking any action against that.

The companies are selling their sim cards with out registration because of increasing their profits and customers, but they don’t care about people’s disturbance and this action gives a chance to those who want to disturb the people and it also causes security problems most of the communications for attacks, bomb blasts, kidnapping, giving warning to rich people and other crimes through mobile phone have been done by unregistered sim cards.

As the ministry of communication and information technology and the interior ministry announced many times to adopt selling sim cards without registration but still nothing happened.

Now a days the sim cards sellers have got another track that they are buying pictures of the people from photo studios and attaching them to the registration paper, writing different names with date of births on that and then give them to communication companies. The people don’t know that many sim cards have been registered on their names and pictures.

If the companies sell their sim cards in proper way and register them so the disturbance through mobiles will also decrease and also the it will decrease the crimes in Afghanistan.
The people are still waiting for any actions against this mobile disturbance and request the companies to adopt this so that the people can live relax.
